Luxury Homes can be found in every state within the United States. Some of them have hundreds of acres, some sit at the edge of the ocean. What matters most is what the owner wants in a home. This article will help you take an inside look at some of the homes built in Utah.

As I have stated before, the purpose of this website is to help people get to know Utah a little better. We have received several comments on this website from around the globe saying they never would have considered Utah before seeing this website. Today we are going to re-showcase some of the best of the best of what can be found in this state. Who said there arent any swimming pools in Utah. This pool outshines about every high-end pool I have ever seen anywhere. I have seen pools with outstanding grottos, huge waterfalls but never collectively with a view like this one. Kodiak homes, a luxury home builder in Utah, has done a phenomenal job of building the vision of JSA architects on this rustic contemporary. Not only is the home beautiful, but it is functional, private and masterfully created.

Soaring above the city is a contemporary home that is built like a high-end penthouse. The only difference is, they own the land around it. Not only the land, but the pool and the pond and the private gated entry. This contemporary mansion is also right next to several world class ski resorts, fine dining restaurants and of course shopping. All complete with both scenic city views to the front and private mountain views on the back. The only difficulty is trying to figure out which view is your favorite.

The Architects over at Bassenian & Lagoni are resposible for some of the most beautiful homes found around the country. They have designed everything from quality starter homes to the palatial luxurious estates found in The Bridges of Rancho Santa Fe. The inspiration for this hillside home in Utah was from a book (available through UtahLuxury.com) that was to showcase the work of Bassenian-Lagoni. The owners designed, worked and slaved, to meet the criteria found in the designs of these amazing tuscan homes. The end result was a private masterpiece.

Ever wonder what it would be like to live in a Disneyland castle? The term “Luxury Home” takes on a whole new meaning with this castle. The outside of the home is beautiful sure but I often see homes that wow on the outside and then let me down on the inside. This home is amazing inside and out! Every inch of this amazing home was thought out and carefully created. I wish I knew who the interior designer for the home was because they deserve a lot of credit. The thought of taking a Disney castle and not make it a multi-million dollar kids playhouse is quite a feat! The home actually feels like a home, but with all the stylings of a noble castle.

Being caught between a resort and world class shopping and dining is a good place to be. Coming off of one of the ski runs on Park City Mountain Resort© are two homes of amazing measures. Secretly stowed away off of a residential neighborhood is a garage that is actually a tunnel. A heated and private tunnel! Up the tunnel are two of the most beautiful park city homes. One home seems like a chic rustic hotel and the other a cowboys adventure. Either way, these homes are both amazing. To have the money and not invest in one of these homes would be a mistake.

High end homes have taken on new heights in luxury. Homes like this Southern Utah masterpiece are a perfect example of how some genius ideas coupled with money can make magic happen. Split Rock is for certain one of the elite “Dream Home Builders” in Utah. The Bramasole home was one of the most talked about homes in Utah recently due to the extensive details inside and out of the home. From trees being imported from Napa Valley to the contemporary touches on the Tuscan style. Their was even a Ferrari in a “Ferrari styled” garage for the auto exotic enthusiast.

If ever there was a homebuilder that was a born natural it would be Geoff Granum. If you could take the best of an architect, a homebuilder, an interior designer, and an accountant and a mash them all together, your direct outcome would be Geoff. Although the Silver Creek homes group has designers and contractors and sub-contractors… it all starts with Geoff. What makes these homes so special is that they are all built as though the builder was going to live in them. If Geoff doesn’t feel like he is going to be building something to the quality of his own standards, he will pass on the project.

Everywhere you turn any more there are McMansions. So many mid-scale mansions have really made many to believe they have achieved greatness. Until they see a real mansion. This home sits on two of the most sought after lots in Utah County. To give you an idea of what one of these lots go for, just across the river a lot just sold for $1.5 Million. And that is for one lot. The home was intended to be built as a two-story at a smaller scale but when the plans were ok’d through the city to add the basement… it grew by a lot (no pun intended). This home took over five years to build and has custom imported everything throughout. Nothing was overlooked and everything came out perfect.

The Deerfield Estate is the ultimate grand daddy of all private residences in Utah. Sure Donald Trump has an amazing spot in Florida and Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz’s Aspen compound is on the market for $135 million but for $19-20 million you can own one of the most highly-appointed homes in the world. This opulent home is so well thought out it would take all day and the assistance of the architect Lyman Perry to explain all of the amenities and features the home has. The Achristavest Group has done such a remarkable job that this home deserves every award and recognition it has received.
