Kodiak Homes is known for its amazing quality in craftsmanship. This home defines what a luxury homes should be. A home with good flow, rooms scaled for entertaining, movie theater, infiniti pools with a grotto… the list goes on and on. This house turned out so well that it amazes me.I monitored this home back when it was being framed becuase I had a client that wanted to buy it. It has surpassed what I expected. What I saw was an amazing structure with great potential. I am glad to see it get the attention it deserves. This home is a 5 star mansion in my book.

That is the coolest pool I have ever seen!

I know! I was shocked when I saw that they were able to fit that pool in the backyard. Not to mention that they have a massive water feature, a rock climbing wall and still a backyard back there!
