This amazing home was completly gutted and remodeled to appear as a home in Southern California. The architects of Bassenian, Lagoni have a few books out that are available to be purchased and are what inspired the remodel of this unique home.
I am fortunate enough to be able to drive by this home frequently as it is on the way to one of my daily destinations. I watched in awe as a old rambler/ranch style home became a new tuscan style dream home. One of my favorite features is the yard. It is becoming a rarity to find a decent amount of acreage these days. This home sits on a very large lot and is very private from the road.
Once inside this home you find lots of woodwork, stone work and so many nice updates that one questions weather or not this home ever was an old home. There are kid rooms such as a Hobbit Play room, a indoor tree house, a possible day-care and so many outdoor treats as well.
