When most people think of Provo, Utah the thoughts of BYU and the Osmonds come to mind. What most people from outside of Utah don’t know is what an area known as the Riverbottoms holds. This mansion stands as an example to what Provo has to offer.

This very large home sits on two of the most sought after river-front lots in a prestigious gated community. The home, although very large, is scaled to perfection so that every bedroom is a master bedroom. Every entertaining room can host many. The theater is of the finest materials. The kitchen is for the gourmet chef. Nothing was overlooked. After all it took over 3 years to build it.

Some of the other nice features found in this home are a main level 3 car garage, a basement entry 8 car garage. There is an elevator to scale the three levels. You will find there is over a thousand square feet of deck on just one of the decks. The walls are an old world plaster. The trim is stain grade and is custom throughout. The stone work is unmatched by anything I have ever seen. As you will notice from the pictures every bathroom was decorated differently but was designed to still flow with the home. Upon wandering the basement you will find a hair salon. You will also find a kitchen in the basement that would rival the main kitchen of multi-million dollar homes.

This home was designed to feel like a home that could suit a family for the years to come. As each of the children move on and have kids of their own, they will be able to come home to stay in their own suites with their families. Now thats a way to design a luxury home.

While walking around this great estate, I stopped to think about how I would define a “luxury home” and I firmly believe that this home is a great example.
