For the faithfull UtahLuxury.com viewers this is a repeat visit to Split Rock. However it was our first article on UtahLuxury.com and we wanted to revisit the home as it is one of the homes that got our excitement going for UtahLuxury.com. So to those of you that love UtahLuxury.com you can thank homes like this one that gave us our start.

Split Rock development came out with a bang this year. At the St. George parade of homes, Split Rock wowed the audience with not one but two amazing homes. Each home stunned with modern architecture, picturesque vistas and beautiful furniture. Each home felt open to the world but so private on the inside. Check out the photos below for a peek into this amazing home.

This home was spectacular in many ways. Firstly, contemporary homes are a love of ours here at Utah Luxury.  This home had many beautiful features that many wont find even if they build this exact home all over again, such as a miniature lake with many water features leading into it. The whole back side of the home is made up of tall glass windows. Many of which slide open to the outside world. The woodwork inside this home was something we had never seen before. There are a lot of homes in Utah with timbers and wood beams, but we had never seen woodwork in a residential setting that was like the workmanship found inside.
