The first home of the two spectacular Treasure Hill homes is a rustic home that is modern in the amenities yet is like an old world castle. At roughly 8500 square feet, this home boasts six bedrooms and seven and half baths. There is also ample room in the amazing thousand plus square foot, radiant heated, four car garage. Of course what luxury home home would be complete without a high-end kitchen? Of every amenity you could wish for, a gourmet kitchen should always be on the list. This ski in ski out property is a stylish and exciting place to call home.

Everyone has to eat, so why not have a kitchen that can entertain many and you can be proud of. The kitchen showcases high-end designer appliances and a fridge that blends with the beautiful cabinetry. Just off of the kitchen is the dining room with a covered patio just steps away. The amazing, large family room is right off of the kitchen as well. Another place that you would want to venture towards is the outdoor heated patio, overlooking Old Town Park City. You see, in this house, there are many places where you can dine formally or comfortably.

Back to that amazing Family Room, you have never seen a family room like this before. The large windows capture the hills and mountains of Park City. The fine timber-work is throughout but not over done. The two fireplaces are proportionately set and are found in two different directions in the room. One fireplace sees through to the kitchen, the other stages the media center.

The home has many wonderful rooms throughout, but some of the more intriguing features were just well thought out ideas. The main staircase wraps around the see-through elevator. There is a ski-prep room, sauna and steam shower immediately available as you enter through the ski entrance. Also, a water feature next to a built in hot tub overlooking the ski entrance. Another wonderful idea is to have multiple master suites. Four of the seven bedrooms could serve as master bedrooms. Probably one of the nicest features in this home is that there are 1,2,3… 11 fireplaces throughout the home! Park City does get cold in the wintertime, but not this house. Eleven fireplaces, heated patios, heated driveways and garages, steam showers, and multiple jacuzzis… you are definitely not going to be cold in the winter here.
