The Sundance resort is an amazing place filled with reclaimed barn wood, kachina dolls and amazing artwork. Thousands of people flock to sundance every year to be a part of this amazing romantic getaway. I have often wondered how it would be to live in Sundance. I always picture living in the “Tree Room” to be precise. Well, developer Lawrence M. Meadows and Builder Bart Carlson made that dream a reality. This pristine getaway is reminiscent of an old cowboy movie, yet it is rich in modern conveniences.
The trim work throughout is a rough sawn timber. The barn wood walls give off a feeling of old rustics. The hand made railings shows an owners care and love for his property. The cabinetry is rich with duo-tones and is ornamented by custom knobs and straps. Every part of this home is cleverly crafted as though it were old world.
This home is also well heated. There are heated patios and a heated motor court with tumbled pavers. There is even a three tier, 35 foot tall, heated water fall. The ambiance is pleasant inside and out of this residence. It is as serene as it is surreal to be here.
Another worthy of mention feature inside is of the windows. Park City is as picturesque as they come, the designer of this home captured the views in every direction. For entertaining or just pure relaxation, the Treasure Hill ski homes are and should be at the top of any qualified shoppers list. For more information, contact Bart Carlson at 801-631-1661.
