What started out as a showcase to investors that Utah has many, many fine homes has become a place where local Realtors and Homebuilders enjoy the opportunity to showcase their homes. What we provide that is different than the traditional MLS is an opportunity to showcase fine homes in an article format.

This website was officially launched back in October of 2007. We saw just over 3000 pageviews for the entire month and were ecstatic. We now serve anywhere from 500 to over 18,000 views in a single day. Many of these homes are being found through search engines and as a result, the articles help showcase and pre-sell to the buyers!
