You will also find an amazing clubhouse that is a 39,000 square foot monument to the Glenwild lifestyle. This amazing clubhouse is considered by the members to be a panorama to the world with its large windows looking out to Park City and its serene surroundings.
One of my favorite features about Glenwild is the proximity to life outside of the gates. Once inside of the gates, you are able to leave the world behind and can relax to a game of golf or fine dining at the clubhouse. But should you wish to leave these settings, the shops of Kimball junction are just a short drive away. The old historic district of main street park city is only 5 minutes away. Salt Lake City and the airport are only 20-25 minutes down the hill. Glenwild is remarkable for its relaxing atmosphere but it is welcoming to know you are so very close to so many wonderful amenities.
Another great feature about Glenwild is the architectural guidelines. These homes are spectacular! Because of the strict standards at Glenwild, the community looks amazing. This in turn has helped the homeowners to have a sense of satisfaction in ownership. The homes all have strict envelopes that a builder is allowed to build within. There are also strict landscaping codes so that the natural beauty of Glenwild will continue to flourish.
To reach this destination, you get off of the I-80 freeway and turn north. (away from Kimball Junction). You will then turn right on Bitner Rd. and follow this down to Glenwild Dr. Turn left on Glenwild Dr and follow this road up to the Beautiful Gated Entrance.
