This years show home was right next door to Steves last year home. Talk about added value! When you want to make sure your home is located with other really nice homes, why not build next door to your last years award winning home. These two homes are amazing and have some of the best views that a homeowner could ask for.Now although Steve was responsible for the amazing build next door, this home was very different on the inside. The home seemed a bit more french country on the inside and in the details where the home next door was more Santa Fe on the inside. Now that I have seen four luxury homes built by Steve Docksteader I can honestly say that every home was different and probably more to the owners taste. This is very important to me in finding a home builder who can showcase multiple styles because they know how to listen to the client and most importantly "under promise and over deliver".
Steves more than 30 years experience in building homes really shows as each year goes on. His attention to details is amazing. If you happened to miss the parade of homes in St George this year, you will just have to drool over these pictures instead. Another great home by the Docksteader team.
