This home was more of a modern chic home with some friendly touches to it. I love it when people use color to dress up rooms. Many modern rooms will feel cold unless you add pops of color. You will notice the hallway has red lights and that the bedroom is green. The floor was a acid washed concrete.
Upon entering the home you come into the large gathering or family room area. There are large windows that take advantage of the views of the mountains. As a matter of fact the home has many large windows capturing the views surrounding it. The entrance just happens to be the first thing people see when they enter (and the old saying applies to homes too "love at first sight").
The rest of the home was done very fashionably with designer finishes and clean lines. A very smooth and friendly home. Not to mention with large gathering areas and a beautiful kitchen, you can easily be the king entertainer in this modern home.
