Silver Creek builds many luxury homes all around the US. A recent completion of a gorgeous home in Hawaii, construction of a mansion in Atherton, California and projects on the board in Rancho Santa Fe, but the primary area of service is in Utah. What makes this build so interesting is that the location is not Park City... not Salt Lake... nor Provo, but a quiet area that nobody knows called Hobble Creek.
For starters, this mansion backs up to the creek and is a "cant miss" if you are driving through the canyon. The sheer size of the home is amazing. At first glance, your jaw drops and you want to say "honey stop the car". While your eyes are wandering around you notice things like the beautiful entrance with a porto cochere, the bridge leading to the master suite, another porto cochere leading to garage separated from the main garages. This place is amazing and the curb appeal is to die for.
Once inside the home you are welcomed with beautiful wood and stonework. The home has all the features of a chic luxury hotel and the scalability of a family home. Every room in the house has amazing views of Hobble Creek but this one of the unique times that I almost didn't even care. The home had my attention and it was not to be ignored. One architectural feature that I love to see in homes is a bridge-way that separates a part of the home. In this case, the master suite is across a bridge that sits over a cascading waterfall. The master is designed to the same tune as the rest of the home. It is a masterpiece of woodwork and a romantic setting at that.
There are many more features that would impress all who enter such as a gourmet kitchen, a huge expansive deck across the back, a private jacuzzi, bedrooms and offices, details in the ironwork, HVAC systems and so much more. Even the garages are impressive!
Geoff Granum was recently ranked the number one business owner in Utah County for an explosive growth of over 800% in three years. It is obvious to see how he made this accomplishment. Look at the details in these photos. Geoff has made it a point to know what is happening inside and out of every single home he builds. With many of the homes scaling to well over 10,000 square feet, there are a lot of intricate details to pay attention to.
