hen we arrived at this home we were met by the builder who told us to come at nightfall to shoot our pictures. Boy was he right. This home has wonderfull windows throughout that let lots of natural light in by day and make it dance like a star at night. The pool reflects the light from the rounded windows of the master suite. The firepit outside of the family room glows with warmth.

hen I first came to see this home it was early in the morning, the gates were locked and no one lived here yet. I was sad becuase the house was amazing looking from the outside. I came by later and was able to see this marvelous home. Once entered into the courtyard I saw that the home had a seperate guest house behind the gates. A real treat, let your visitors stay at your mansions courtyard casita. The home has a small courtyard but makes a grand statement that is so cozy and perfect. Once entered, you see a view straight out the back under timber beamed ceilings to the pool. At first entrance you have choices all around you, should I go right or left or maybe back towards the pool area where the kitchen is.

e left at three in the morning to go to St. George. Our first stop was Perspective Homes. We were very excited to see this home as it has some very nice features to it. The first feature is obviously the architecture. It has a very unique shape that captures the view out to the red rock mountains. Its beamed cieling is exposed and its feeling is open. The kitchen is designed to let natural light travel through. In the corner, a pantry that is made of fine "hand-rounded" wood. The master is luxurious with its spa-like feeling to it. The kids rooms showcase 2 treehouses with rope ladders to climb in. There is also a theater, a play room, a guest suite, a swimming pool and an exercise room. This home is what a designer would want in a family friendly, luxurious, spa.

erched on the upper bluff in St George is a magnificent home with all the features of a well rounded luxury home. Upon visiting this custom built mansion, you get a glimpse of an exterior that would have made an emperor proud. The home is guarded by a pair of lions and sits with a commanding view of the southern Utah mountains. A true palace all its own.
