unWest had an interesting and amazing home this year. Most of the homes that I saw were in neighborhoods with an average lot size of a half acre or less. This home was set far back on an equestrian lot and had room enough for whatever you could imagine. As I got close to the home my obvious first glimpse was of the waterfountain that led you to the driveway. I then walked up to the home where I met Dan with SunWest. Dan is a great guy and seems like a great contractor. He then showed me all of the neat features this equestrian estate had. The designers touches were beautiful and very liveable.

hen I first came to see this home it was early in the morning, the gates were locked and no one lived here yet. I was sad becuase the house was amazing looking from the outside. I came by later and was able to see this marvelous home. Once entered into the courtyard I saw that the home had a seperate guest house behind the gates. A real treat, let your visitors stay at your mansions courtyard casita. The home has a small courtyard but makes a grand statement that is so cozy and perfect. Once entered, you see a view straight out the back under timber beamed ceilings to the pool. At first entrance you have choices all around you, should I go right or left or maybe back towards the pool area where the kitchen is.
