When you come to visit this home, like last years parade home, it is located in The Ledges of St George. The Ledges is a exclusive high-end luxury community on the outskirts of St George. What you get at The Ledges is an unparalleled setting of the red canyon cliffs in a high desert setting. You really cannot find a community like this anywhere. With luxurious lifestyle amenities and peace of mind, this is a very amazing place to live. Pride Homes built this home here for those exact reasons. A home this wonderful deserves an amazing setting.

The rooms are proportioned correctly, the kitchen is inviting, the views are stupendous and the neighbors are quiet.

From the outside of the home, you approach the walkway which is flanked by a soothing water feature. This leads you up to the home which has a take on a southwestern style. Upon entering the home you notice something... the home feels comfortable and unpretentious. You can't help but say to yourself "I could live here". Although grand in features and luxurious throughout, the home is designed to be lived in. The flow of the home is comfortable and the views are spectacular. A wall of windows to the rear opens your eyes to an infinity edge pool that spills over to the golf course below.

The home just seems to work at every turn. The rooms are proportioned correctly, the kitchen is inviting, the views are stupendous and the neighbors are quiet. It seems as though everything has been thoroughly thought through. I can't really find anything negative about the home except that it isn't my home.
